Wine Rack in Brazilian Cherry with Maple Details

The client requested a beautiful wine rack to display his collection. The design provides storage for 123 bottles.

Two mitered frames with lap-jointed diagonal supporting members are connected together with contrasting maple parts that join cleanly at the triangular intersections, forming a unified, rigid frame easily supporting the load of wine. A heavy base featuring a natural defect in wood grain elevates and levels the rack off the floor.
